The Role
Business Development at Sirican means understanding what clients actually need, finding the right fit, and building relationships that hold. You’ll represent two brands — Sirican Solutions and AssignMe — across industries and markets. This isn’t cold calling for the sake of a quota. It’s strategic, consultative, and very much about people.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Prospect and qualify leads across digital channels and personal outreach
- Understand client pain points and match them honestly to what we can deliver
- Prepare proposals, decks, and pitches that are worth reading
- Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff
- Build and maintain a pipeline that you’re genuinely excited about
What We’re Looking For
Communication skills first — we can teach you the product. We can’t teach you how to read a room, follow through, or handle rejection without falling apart. You also need to be comfortable with CRM tools and written outreach.
Bonus Points
Prior experience in digital agency or SaaS sales. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
