The Role

Most agencies hire a Digital Marketing Manager to manage a calendar and report on numbers someone else set. That’s not this.

At Sirican, this role is the bridge between strategy and execution — across SEO, paid media, content, social, and client accounts. You’ll own relationships, lead a team, and make sure everything adds up to something the client can actually feel.

We work with B2B industrial brands, healthcare platforms, e-commerce businesses, and professional service firms — across India and international markets. The accounts are real, the expectations are high, and the team is good. Your job is to make it all move.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own client accounts end-to-end — strategy, execution, reporting, and communication
  • Send weekly updates proactively and lead client review calls with clear insights
  • Manage the SEO, social media, content, and design team day-to-day
  • Assign tasks with deadlines, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards
  • Oversee SEO execution, content planning, LinkedIn posts, blogs, and campaigns
  • Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads performance, optimisation, and reporting
  • Create monthly reports with verified data, insights, and next steps
  • Keep Trello boards, project tools, and Google Drive organised and updated

What We’re Looking For

Someone who has genuinely managed digital marketing — not just done it. You’ve handled client relationships independently, produced reports clients actually read, and spotted campaign issues before they became problems.

You know what Monday morning looks like when you’re managing multiple live accounts — and you’ve already planned for it. Strong written English is non-negotiable.

Must Have

3–5 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience across client accounts. Comfortable with GSC, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs or Semrush). You’ve led a team and work with data, not around it.

Bonus Points

B2B marketing experience — especially industrial, healthcare, or professional services. LinkedIn content strategy. Familiarity with AI tools for content and automation. Amazon or e-commerce marketing. Trello and Notion as daily habits, not occasional check-ins.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and skill set, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Concept to Execution:
    Lead the design process from initial brainstorming and sketching to final delivery of high-quality assets.
  2. Advanced Image Editing: Perform complex photo retouching, compositing, and color grading using Adobe Photoshop.

  3. Vector Creation: Design scalable brand assets, including logos, custom iconography, and illustrations, using Adobe Illustrator.

  4. Digital Solutions: Collaborate on web layouts and UI elements within Figma to ensure a seamless transition from design to development.

  5. Brand Scaling: Develop and manage Canva templates to empower internal teams while maintaining strict brand integrity.

  6. Multi-Channel Design: Produce engaging visuals for social media, email marketing, display ads, and print collateral.

  7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
