The Role
Performance Marketing at Sirican means owning client ad budgets across Meta, Google, and more — and being accountable for what comes out the other side. You’ll build campaigns from scratch, test obsessively, and explain results in plain English. Not every campaign will win. You’ll need to know quickly when one isn’t and why.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Write or brief ad copy and creatives that match the audience, not just the brand
- Monitor performance daily and make data-led decisions without waiting to be asked
- Build reporting dashboards that clients actually understand
- A/B test constantly — creative, copy, targeting, bidding
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform. Someone who reads campaign data the way others read news — habitually, with context. A grasp of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Bonus Points
Experience across both B2B and B2C campaigns. Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint.
